Energy Performance Certificates for Commercial Properties of all size

From 1st October 2008 all commercial property over 50,000 m2 required an EPC on the first day of marketing.

Lewis Berkeley, through their accredited energy assessors are able to provide EPC Certificates for occupiers, managing agents, landlords and developers.

Government legislation now requires that all commercial properties being sold, built or leased must have an Energy Performance Certificate to be given to prospective purchasers or tenants. This will enable people to make more informed decisions relating to the energy efficiency of a property and the ongoing costs of heating, lighting and fuel.
