Lewis Berkeley provides ongoing advice to the client in respect to Party Wall matters arising from their extensive redevelopment programme on the Howard de Waldon Estate.

Lewis Berkeley is commissioned at an early stage to provide initial advice in respect to Award matters identifying aspects of the work which will require Party Wall Notices serving them on the adjoining owners in good time so as not to impact on the construction programmes.

Lewis Berkeley acts for both building owners and adjoining owners completing Awards on their respective behalves.

Other services associated with Party Wall matters includes the preparation of Schedules of Condition and review of design proposals to ensure the works have limited impact on the adjoining owners.
