Lewis Berkeley was initially instructed to undertake a leasehold acquisition survey on behalf of a prospective occupier. Following our survey and report, the client chose to proceed with the leasehold acquisition and Lewis Berkeley were instructed to manage the fit out of 3 floors within a multi tenanted commercial office building.

The work was undertaken to a fast track programme to satisfy the client’s accommodation requirements.

Lewis Berkeley acted as lead consultant co-ordinating the appointment of mechanical and electrical services consultants to advise on the project, the works also included advice on audio visual / IT requirements, building control and liaison with the Landlord to agree the licence for alternations.
