Following Lewis Berkeley’s successful negotiation of a financial settlement from the outgoing tenant, the client instructed us to prepare a feasibility study for the refurbishment of the premises to Category A standard.

Lewis Berkeley arranged for a measured survey of the existing footprint of the property to be prepared and undertook an inspection to prepare a measured take off for budget estimates for the refurbishment works.

As well as preparing initial proposals for the refurbishment scheme, Lewis Berkeley provided several alternative budget costs for the proposed costs along with initial advice on planning matters.
