Lewis Berkeley was instructed to carry out a condition survey of the existing flat roof of the property which had been subject to rainwater ingress for a long period of time.

Lewis Berkeley commissioned a thermographic survey of the roof to identify areas of the roof that were subject to high heat transference and, therefore, potentially identify locations on the roof where the rainwater ingress was occurring.

The affected areas were temporarily patch repaired and Lewis Berkeley have been retained to procure renewal of the roof weathering in the Spring of 2010.
