Lewis Berkeley were appointed to undertake a conservation survey of Grade I listed buildings within the Kings Cross Eastern Goods Yard development and identify a Schedule of Repairs to comply with the Planning & Listed Building Consent conditions for the development.

The Eastern Goods Yard project consists of a new campus for the Central St Martin’s College of Art and Design along with retail areas, leisure facilities as well as office and other public spaces.

Lewis Berkeley surveyed the Grade II listed six storey Granary Building to meet the principle contractor’s tight programme timescales generating and delivering the required survey information to enable the various package tenders to be issued for pricing.
